iOmniscient ensures project success with its comprehensive professional services
Video Analytics is a young technology - hardly ten years old. Now all our customers, consultants and systems integrators understand it well. Nor have they had extensive experience with it.

For this reason iOmniscinet has offered Professional Services to ensure that customers have successful implementations. Without a knowledge of the technology its very much like someon trying to fly a plane without any training or experience. Your chances of a safe landing would be very small.

The services offered cover all the expertise that customer would require. Starting with Risk Analysis an iOmniscient consultant can assist the customer in deciding which situations constitute the most risk and what risk mitigation technologies are most useful. We would also advise them on what software if any can be used for addressing different risks.

Next we can help the customer design his environment, from the network that is required down to the storage and the selection and placement of the most appropriate cameras. As iOmniscient is not a manufacturer of hardware it is in a unique position to advise on what hardware would work best with its software in different situations.

Finally iOmniscinet consultnts can assist in the implementation of the system and the configuration of the software.

Services can be provided on a Fixed Price or Time an Materials basis and can be provided on a Fixed Price or Time and Materials basis and can be delivered on site or remotely.

Normally iOmniscient would not be the Prime Contractor on a project. Our Systems Integrator partners are much more adept at that. But we help them in delivering a successful project by providing the knowledge we bring on video analytics.

Knowledge is the key to successful video analytics implementations and iOmniscient is keen to impart the experience that it has to help its customers succeed.
