IQ-120 can be used to monitor an area and alert staff if it becomes overcrowded. It will give a live count of the number of people within an area of interest that has been drawn on the screen. An alarm will be raised if the number of people or vehicles exceed a pre-defined limit.
The Queue Management application is used in customer service areas where it is important to understand queue behavior. With the intelligence to analyze a single queue spanning multiple cameras or servers, IQ-120 will determine queue lengths and customer waiting times as well as providing an reports on staff and operations effeciency.
